So I get a text,  It was from Tom.  It said,  “We broke the cherry on that Aurora basket”

Well,  I guess so!.  This was a basket that had a complete rehab done to repair all the damage on the basket, add new poly skids and replace ALL the leather on the entire basket!  The before and after images are spectacular.  But.  This is Ballooning.  Ballooning is an outdoor contact sport!  In the winter and in the spring flights can get messy!  But it will all wash off!  The best part of ballooning is always the stories.  I am sure there is a great story behind this flight and recovery (and cleanup)!
