Well, we finally have the calendar working. When a new member registers they do not have permission to add things to the calendar. If we know who this member is we can give their account permission to add stuff to the calendar. BUT events added to the calendar will still need to be approved by the Ranch Boss. Then this person will be moved from a Ranch Hand to a Cowboy status.
Once a Cowboy’s event has been approved and is published by the Ranch Boss it will appear on the Events Calendar and the Cowboy will be notified by email that his event has gone live
